SF-424 (R&R) Form

The SF-424 (R&R) form is a required document for all applicants to the ASCENT Research Scholar and ASCENT Pilot & Exploratory Studies awards. It will need to be signed (on page 2) by their institution's authorizing representative (i.e., Office of Grants/Contracts). (Please note: This is the most current version of this form, despite its expiration date of 11/30/2025.)
